Wound bed preparation
- for cleansing and moistening of acute and chronic wounds, 1st and 2nd degree burns
- ready-to-use colourless gel for application in wound cavities and for wound bed preparation
- based on betaine surfactant and polyhexanide (polyaminopropylbiguanide): high tissue tolerance and biocompatibility of the product
- sterile gel
- can be used on colonised, and critically colonised wounds to fill deep cavities
- absorbs wound odours
- can be used up to 8 weeks after opening
